Professor Dr. Mukhlis Al-Jeddah is the President of the Thames British Open University, a professor, lawyer, legal scholar, and constitutional advisor. He is also the head of the World Organization for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue “IOISCW” and serves as the President of the Open Islamic Civilization University and the Open World Civilization University.

Dr. Bashara Saliba holds a PhD in International Law and International Politics from ICOU London. He also obtained a Master’s degree from Moscow State University (MSU) in Law and International Diplomacy. Dr. Saliba serves as the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Open Civilizations (London). He is a member of the Lebanese Association for Legal Philosophy and has authored multiple books, articles, and writings. Dr. Saliba has participated in numerous discussions, including thesis defenses (Master’s and PhD) at IRA and ICOU, and on Facebook.
